NBC Philadelphia, Huffington Post and other media outlets far and wide are reporting the story of a NJ special needs student who used his cell phone to capture video of his teacher bullying him in class. The student had earlier reported the bullying to adults who did not believe him until they saw the video. The student, Julio Artuz, is a student at Bankbridge School, Gloucester County Special Services School District.
