Dan Caplan of Basking Ridge is the first graduate from ECLC of New Jersey’s special-needs schools to receive an annual scholarship honoring Bebe Antell, a founding ECLC Board member.
The new award was given during commencement exercises at the nonprofit, private school’s campus in Chatham, which serves more than 200 special needs students.
